FSC are required for all firearm purchases and transfers in California. If you don't have an FSC card, 4K Armory can issue you one at your time of visit. Please read the following study guides and be prepared to take a 30 question test. You can only miss a total of 7, if you don't pass the first time you can re-test for free 24hrs after your first initial test. The cost for the test is $25 and the card is good for 5 years.
